Terms of Service

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pickle Strive. By using the service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Pickle Strive on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.Your Account

Registration

You register with your email address and authenticate via a one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately at contact@picklestrive.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

One account per person

Each person may maintain only one Pickle Strive account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent suspensions or feature restrictions is prohibited.

3.Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pickle Strive only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or that infringes any third-party rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malware, spam, or any content designed to disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Pickle Strive or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without our written permission
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Manipulate session data, leaderboards, or social features (e.g., fake wins/losses, artificial reactions)

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

4.User Content

Your content, your responsibility

You retain ownership of content you post to Pickle Strive (session notes, photos, reactions). By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service.

Content standards

Photos and notes must relate to pickleball activity and must not contain nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, or personally identifiable information about third parties posted without their consent.

Removal

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the community.

5.Third-Party Integrations

Google Health API / Fitbit

Pickle Strive optionally integrates with the Google Health API to import Fitbit workout sessions. By connecting your Fitbit account you authorize us to access the fitness data described in our Privacy Policy. This integration is subject to Google’s API Services User Data Policy. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Wearables.

Cloudflare R2

Photos you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage. By uploading photos you agree to Cloudflare’s applicable terms of service.

No endorsement

Links or references to third-party services within Pickle Strive do not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

6.Intellectual Property

All Pickle Strive branding, design, software, and original content are owned by Collaborare Dot Net, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Pickle Strive materials without our prior written consent.

If you believe content on Pickle Strive infringes your copyright, contact us at contact@picklestrive.com with the subject line “Copyright Claim.”

7.Disclaimers

Pickle Strive is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Session data, leaderboard rankings, and wearable sync results are provided for informational and recreational purposes only — they are not a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Collaborare Dot Net, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Pickle Strive, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.

9.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collaborare Dot Net, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10.Termination

You may stop using Pickle Strive at any time. To request full account deletion, email contact@picklestrive.com with the subject line “Delete my account.”

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11.Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@picklestrive.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

No class actions

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Collaborare Dot Net, LLC.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of the page. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Pickle Strive after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
